Users can request permanent deletion of their UniFix account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.

To request account deletion, users must send an email to:

unifixindia1209@gmail.com

Subject Line:
Account Deletion Request

Please include the following account details in the email:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Account Type (Problemer or Helper)

After verification, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Certain transactional or legal records may be temporarily retained if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.
